Each posts needs a title for it to show up on the main page, even aside posts. You can choose if your new entry is part of a Dossier, if not leave the dropdown box as is.
For more information on the editor and how to use it, please visit the TinyMCE website.

After typing your post, you can choose the categories you want the post to be connected to (choosing more than one category is possible). You can choose to alter the date the post appears, or has appeared.
When you want to refer to a blog post from a different site, you can add the trackback to that specific post (more on trackbacks).

Check the box send comments as email to me if you wish to receive the comments via the email you have specified in your Blogsettings.

If you wish to save your post, but not yet publish it, please uncheck the active box.
The public checkbox will keep a post away from the main page, but it will remain visible in the category list.
More information on aside posts can be found at the bottom of this page.
When you want to make a post available to anonymous comments, check the box. If you have enabled this setting in your Blogsettings, you can disable the anonymous comments feature per post.

Whenever you feel that a post is too long for your website, but you still have add more text, you can use the Read more function. Add the text ##BREAKPOINT## in the text, wherever you want. In the post a link called read more will be added.
