Description

mainstream users do not need all the developer emails concerning small tweaks - they want the big updates and info on how it will change their everyday use

WordPress? has nifty interface in their 'Dashboard' (main page after logging in as admin), where you have overview of latest posts/comments, but also incoming links for your posts and also updates/info on the program

attached two screenshots, one of WP 1.5 and one of WP 3.1 (current WP main is 2.2)
