Review queue

When multiple people collaborate and post on the same blog, a nice feature would be a review queue. This is especially wanted in quality controlled blogging environments such as the more serious press blogs, business blogs, etc. Here's how it could work:

• Author writes a new post.
• Post gets added to the review queue, possibly with a publication date at which the post automatically gets submitted.
• Other authors can review posts in the queue and add comments mentioning possible improvements for the post.
• The post gets reviewed and the posted.

Specifications:

• The acceptence procedure for posts should be configurable. Either the original posted should approve the post (after it's been in the queue for instance). Or a special user could be specified who has to approve all posts before they appear for the public to read.
• Comments with regards to the reviewing should be hidden from the public. This could be achieved via an additional flag in the database to comments which specifies when the comment was made (during review or during publishing).
