Category icons

Something which is missing from many Blogging software and which would really add to MvBlog would be category icons ala Slashdot.

Specifications:

• If a post has only one category, use that icon automatically.
• If a post has multiple categories, let the user select a category who's icon should be used. Or perhaps allow multiple icons per post.

first rough work on this one. only lists icons and previews the one chosen. no saving yet

(In [657]) Added category icons to MvBlog. Right now the directory is prepopulated with some free icons. You are free to put your own icons in there.

The icons will be visible in the postheader where the title is as well. If no icon is found, the category name will be printed.

I think we should introduce a setting to en/dis-able those icons.
